Ingredients
  • 1 can chickpeas
  • 1/2 of lemon
  • 2 teaspoons of garlic (or 2 toes garlic)
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley and chopped basil
  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 3 tablespoons water
Directions
  • Step 1 Using a food processor, add chickpeas, water and 2 toes of chopped garlic and process until finely blended.
  • Step 2 Add salt and pepper and lemon juice and herbs and blend again until smooth. You can add additional water if needed.
