Hummus

Ingredients
- 1 can chickpeas
- 1/2 of lemon
- 2 teaspoons of garlic (or 2 toes garlic)
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley and chopped basil
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 3 tablespoons water
Directions
- Step 1 Using a food processor, add chickpeas, water and 2 toes of chopped garlic and process until finely blended.
- Step 2 Add salt and pepper and lemon juice and herbs and blend again until smooth. You can add additional water if needed.
