I love food! As a mom of 3 awesome young ladies, I have spent countless hours with friends and family in the kitchen concocting creations! I have also believed heartily in imbuing fun and essence into the experience, even sometimes singing opera while throwing our pizza dough in the air! Over a decade ago, one of our daughters declared she wanted to be vegetarian and so more adventures began. Today we focus on vegetarian, vegan and gluten free recipes.
