Sauteed Baby Bok Choy

Ingredients
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 - 14 baby bok choy
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 1 toe of garlic chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped raw cashews
- 2 tablespoons Braggs Liquid Aminos
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Directions
- Step 1 Drizzle olive oil in pan and heat.
- Step 2 Add chopped garlic and cashews and stir occasionally on low heat until golden.
- Step 3 Place all the bok choy in the pan and saute while turning frequently.
- Step 4 Mix together the brown sugar and liquid aminos and then add the mixture to the bok choy.
- Step 5 Drizzle the sesame oil and sprinkle the sesame seeds into the pan and remove from heat.
- Step 6 Serve this over cooked rice for a lovely hearty dish.
