Breakfast Yogurt (V, V+ optional, GF)

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup yogurt of your choice (I use vegan cashew)
- 2 tablespoons raw pecan pieces
- 3 strawberries
- Handful of blueberries
- Raw coconut shreds (optional)
Directions
- Step 1 Place the yogurt of your choice in a bowl
- Step 2 Roast the pecan pieces under the broiler for about 90 seconds (or place in a dry pan and toss or stir while roasting) You will smell the nuttiness as it heats and is done.
- Step 3 Add the nut pieces and fruit to the yogurt and enjoy!
- Step 4 It’s easy to add any favorite toppings for added flavor and texture!
