Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup yogurt of your choice (I use vegan cashew)
  • 2 tablespoons raw pecan pieces
  • 3 strawberries
  • Handful of blueberries
  • Raw coconut shreds (optional)
Directions
  • Step 1 Place the yogurt of your choice in a bowl
  • Step 2 Roast the pecan pieces under the broiler for about 90 seconds (or place in a dry pan and toss or stir while roasting) You will smell the nuttiness as it heats and is done.
  • Step 3 Add the nut pieces and fruit to the yogurt and enjoy!
  • Step 4 It’s easy to add any favorite toppings for added flavor and texture!
