Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 sticks of butter
  • 4 oz Unsweetened Bakers Chocolate (100% cacao)
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups of sugar
  • 1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
Directions
  • Step 1 In a saucepan place small pieces of butter and unsweetened chocolate and heat while stirring constantly on low.
  • Step 2 When melted remove from heat and stir in the sugar.
  • Step 3 Next add the eggs and mix in thoroughly.
  • Step 4 Slowly add the flour while stirring constantly.
  • Step 5 Take a rectangular pan (8″ x 12″ or 9″ x 13″) and grease the bottom and sides and spread the brownie mix evenly across the bottom.
  • Step 6 Bake in a preheated 350°F oven.
  • Step 7 Check after 17 minutes by piercing with a knife or fork which should come out clean.
  • Step 8 These are divine! Deeply chocolate and fudgy!!! Enjoy.
