Chocolate Chia Seed Protein Pudding

Ingredients
  • 2 cups non dairy protein milk (I use Silk almond cashew which gives 10 grams of protein per cup)
  • 1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) chia seeds (which gives 5 grams of protein per every 2 tablespoons)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder
  • 3 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 5 fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)

Directions
  • Step 1 For a really fast preparation, find a container with a lid which will hold all of the ingredients.
  • Step 2 Place all ingredients into container and place lid on and seal all edges.
  • Step 3 Hold with both hands and shake vigorously until thoroughly mixed.
  • Step 4 Place in refregerator overnight.
  • Step 5 Scoop into bowls and top with fresh strawberry slices.
