Chocolate Chia Seed Protein Pudding

Ingredients
- 2 cups non dairy protein milk (I use Silk almond cashew which gives 10 grams of protein per cup)
- 1/2 cup (8 tablespoons) chia seeds (which gives 5 grams of protein per every 2 tablespoons)
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 5 fresh strawberries, sliced (optional)

Directions
- Step 1 For a really fast preparation, find a container with a lid which will hold all of the ingredients.
- Step 2 Place all ingredients into container and place lid on and seal all edges.
- Step 3 Hold with both hands and shake vigorously until thoroughly mixed.
- Step 4 Place in refregerator overnight.
- Step 5 Scoop into bowls and top with fresh strawberry slices.
