Mixed Greens Salad with Avocado

Ingredients
- 1 cup mixed greens of your choice (for one serving)
- 1/2 of an avocado sliced
- 1/2 of a medium tomato diced
- 2 tablespoons of sliced red onion
- 2 tablespoons of balsamic vinaigrette (or dressing of your choice)
Directions
- Step 1 Rinse and pat dry the salad greens.
- Step 2 Toss in the avocado, tomato, and onion and top with vinaigrette. You can also top with any other favorites to have a hearty salad main course.
- Step 3 You can also serve with fingerling potatoes and corn on the cob as shown here.
