Quick and Easy Peach Puff Pastries (V, V+ option)

Ingredients
- 8 ounces Silk Dairy Free Heavy Whipping Cream
- 4 peaches, washed and diced ( I leave the skin on 🙂 )
- 3 - 4 tablespoons raw cane sugar (per taste - for whipped cream)
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon sugar (for coating diced peaches)
- Pepperidge Farm 6 Puff Pastry Shells
Directions
- Step 1 1. Heat the oven to 350 °F.
- Step 2 2. Place parchment paper on a baking sheet and then place 6 Puff Pastry Shells on the paper. Bake according to directions on box. Remove from oven when baked and after cooling remove perforated center and set to side.
- Step 3 3. Dice the washed peaches and place in bowl. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and toss, coating the pieces.
- Step 4 4. in Blender, whip the non dairy silk ‘heavy cream’ until stiff peaks form.
- Step 5 5. Using a spoon, gently fold in sugar to sweeten to your taste. Then fold in diced peaches.
- Step 6 6. Place baked puff pastry shells on plate and fill each one with non dairy whipped topping and peaches. Can top with peach slice or other fruit as well!
- Step 7 7. Enjoy!!! Just a lovely light desert to please any palate!!
