Quick and Easy Tacos (V, GF)

Ingredients
- 1 bag beefless ground crumble found in freezer section (I use Gardein)
- 1 packet taco seasoning (I used McCormick)
- 1/2 cup water
- Gluten free tortillas soft tacos (I used Mission)
- 1 avocado opened and sliced
- 1 cup salsa (homemade or store bought)
- 1 1/2 cups baby spinach
- 1/2 cup vegan sour cream (I use Tofutti)
Directions
- Step 1 Place the Gardein beefless ground crumble into a pan and turn the heat on low.
- Step 2 Add the packet of taco spices and the 1/2 cup of water and stir frequently adding additional water if needed.
- Step 3 In another pan, heat the tortilla (about 45 seconds on each side — you will see it start to puff up).
- Step 4 Place the taco on the plate and using any or all ingredients above, assemble the taco to your liking.
- Step 5 ***This is one of those dishes, that it truly for the ‘quick and easy’ moment that uses short cuts and provides a tasty dish.
