Ingredients
  • Large portobello mushrooms
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil per mushroom
  • 1 tablespoon chopped garlic per mushroom
  • For Sandwiches:
  • Favorite bread or rolls (gluten-free if needed)
  • Favorite condiments - ketchup, vegan mayonnaise, mustard
  • Sliced avocado
  • Slice tomato
  • Sauteed Onions
  • ** Have fun with toppings for sandwich
  • **Or serve next to favorite grains and salad!
Directions
  • Step 1 Wash your portobello mushrooms and remove the stem.
  • Step 2 Place on a baking sheet, inside of cap facing up.
  • Step 3 Drizzle oil around the mushroom and spread the chopped garlic around evenly.
  • Step 4 Bake in a 350°F preheated oven and bake for 20 -25 minutes. It will be done when a knife will pierce and come out easily and you will see the juices.
