Roasted Portobello (V, V+< GF option)

Ingredients
- Large portobello mushrooms
- 1 to 2 tablespoons of oil per mushroom
- 1 tablespoon chopped garlic per mushroom
- For Sandwiches:
- Favorite bread or rolls (gluten-free if needed)
- Favorite condiments - ketchup, vegan mayonnaise, mustard
- Sliced avocado
- Slice tomato
- Sauteed Onions
- ** Have fun with toppings for sandwich
- **Or serve next to favorite grains and salad!
Directions
- Step 1 Wash your portobello mushrooms and remove the stem.
- Step 2 Place on a baking sheet, inside of cap facing up.
- Step 3 Drizzle oil around the mushroom and spread the chopped garlic around evenly.
- Step 4 Bake in a 350°F preheated oven and bake for 20 -25 minutes. It will be done when a knife will pierce and come out easily and you will see the juices.
