Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons of honey
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce (gluten-free)
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup corn starch (gluten-free)
  • 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger (dry seasoning will do as well)
  • 3 teaspoons chopped garlic
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons sesame seeds optional

Directions
  • Step 1 Pour the water into a saucepan and turn on the heat.
  • Step 2 Add the corn starch and mix until dissolved.
  • Step 3 Lower the heat and add the rest of the ingredients stirring
  • Step 4 thoroughly.
  • Step 5 When heated remove from heat.
  • Step 6 ** This sauce is lovely on vegetable stir fry, mashed potatoes or non-meat ‘beef’ tips to name a few.
