Teriyaki Sauce (V, V+, GF)

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons of honey
- 1/2 cup soy sauce (gluten-free)
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 1/4 cup corn starch (gluten-free)
- 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger (dry seasoning will do as well)
- 3 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons sesame seeds optional

Directions
- Step 1 Pour the water into a saucepan and turn on the heat.
- Step 2 Add the corn starch and mix until dissolved.
- Step 3 Lower the heat and add the rest of the ingredients stirring
- Step 4 thoroughly.
- Step 5 When heated remove from heat.
- Step 6 ** This sauce is lovely on vegetable stir fry, mashed potatoes or non-meat ‘beef’ tips to name a few.
